A: Yes. The package includes adapters, hose clamps, and a detailed manual to support setup. Technical support is available if you need additional guidance. Please note that pool-to-pump hoses, pool-to-tank hoses, and hard pipes are not included.

Q: Is this pump compatible with my specific pool type?
A: This system includes adapters for 1.25″ and 1.5″ hoses, fitting most above-ground pools. It can also work for in-ground pools if connected with self-provided PVC pipes.

Q: Which filtration media can I use with this system?
A: This system is dual-media compatible. You can use up to 162.0 lb of filter sand or up to 16.2 lb of filter balls. Ensure the media is properly loaded into the 16-inch tank before starting.

Q: How do I know when the sand needs backwashing?
A: Check the pressure gauge during operation. When the reading increases by 8–10 PSI compared with the initial pressure, perform the backwash function. Backwashing usually takes about 2 minutes or less, depending on dirt buildup.

Q: Is this system compatible with saltwater?
A: No. This system is not designed for saltwater pools.
