Do you offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping applies automatically to every order, no minimum spend needed. Faster paid options are available at checkout.

How long until it arrives?
Orders process in 1–3 business days, then standard delivery takes another 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select countries outside the US, with rates and timelines calculated at checkout. Customs or import duties are the recipient’s responsibility.

Ordered on a weekend or holiday?
Processing begins on the next business day.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t entered fulfillment. Once dispatched, it follows our standard return process instead.
How do pre-orders work?
Charged in full at checkout, shipped within 1–3 business days of release, with your price locked in. Cancelled pre-orders are refunded in full.

What’s your return window?
30 days from delivery, for unused items in original packaging. Opened items can’t be returned. All returns need prior authorization — reach out first.

Within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Is everything authentic?
Sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors only — never gray-market resellers — and inspected before it leaves our warehouse.

Payment
What can I pay with?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never store your card details.
Wholesale
Do you work with retailers?
Yes — verified resellers with a valid resale certificate. $500 minimum on first orders, $300 on reorders.
