1. Wholesale Eligibility

2. Minimum Order Requirements
To maintain competitive wholesale pricing, the following minimum order requirements apply:
- Initial Wholesale Order: Minimum purchase of $500 USD
- Reorders: Minimum purchase of $300 USD
Orders that do not meet the minimum purchase requirements may not qualify for wholesale pricing.
3. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers.
Prices are confidential and may not be shared publicly.
Joneshom reserves the right to modify wholesale pricing at any time without prior notice. However, pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before orders are processed unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.
We accept secure payments through approved payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will not enter production or shipping until payment has been successfully received.
5. Order Processing
Wholesale orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.
Larger orders may require additional processing time.
If delays are expected, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order size
- Weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times are provided once the order has been processed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international shipments.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
7. Product Availability

8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, all wholesale sales are generally considered final.

- Manufacturing defects are reported
Any claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Photographs of damaged or defective products may be required before replacements or refunds are approved.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If any items are damaged, defective, or missing, notify us within 5 business days and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the products
- Photos of the shipping carton
- Photos of the shipping label (if applicable)
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the claim.
10. Product Resale
Wholesale customers may resell Joneshom products through approved retail channels.
However, wholesale customers may not:
- Sell counterfeit versions of our products
- Misrepresent product descriptions or branding
- Alter product packaging in a misleading manner
- Use Joneshom trademarks without written permission
- Sell products on marketplaces or platforms that violate our reseller guidelines, if applicable
Joneshom reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts that violate these requirements.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, marketing materials, and branding remain the exclusive property of Joneshom.
Wholesale customers may use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting authorized Joneshom products.
Unauthorized reproduction or modification of our intellectual property is prohibited.
12. Order Cancellations
Wholesale order cancellations may only be requested before processing begins.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
13. Limitation of Liability
Joneshom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, resale, or use of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected products.
