All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that placing an order does not guarantee immediate shipment. Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and selected international destinations.

If shipping is unavailable to your country or region, you will be notified during checkout.

We reserve the right to modify the list of shipping destinations without prior notice.


3. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.

Depending on your location, you may choose from:

Not every shipping option is available for every destination.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not from the date the order was placed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 Business Days (depending on destination)
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders.

If faster shipping options are available, the shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

No hidden shipping fees will be added after checkout.


6. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The shipping carrier
  • A tracking link

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team.


7. Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our shipping partners to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier operational delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Transportation disruptions

Joneshom is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the package is reshipped.


9. Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if they cannot be delivered because of:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

Returned orders may be subject to additional shipping fees before they are shipped again.


10. Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Carrier investigations may require several business days before a resolution is reached.

If the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.


11. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process your claim.


12. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Other government charges

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Joneshom has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.


13. Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier marks a package as delivered to the address provided during checkout, the order is considered successfully delivered.

If you believe your package has been stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first and then notify our customer support team so we can assist where possible.


14. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be unavailable for shipment to specific countries due to local regulations, carrier restrictions, or import limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped to the destination provided.

If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.
